LP® SmartSide® products feature engineered wood strand technology, making it one of the most durable siding solutions on the market. LP’s proprietary SmartGuard® process treats every strand of wood with an advanced formula of adhesive resins, water-resistant waxes and zinc borate, after which a water-resistant, resin-saturated overlay is bonded to the product.
